About Cheetah Triathlon Training Plans


Cheetah specializes in coaching for triathletes and runners at all distances - sprint to Ironman triathlons as well as 5k to ultra-marathon training. We offer a variety of training plans and coaching packages and are happy to work with athletes of all ability levels. Whether you're doing your first sprint, trying to qualify for Kona, or are enjoying a new hobby, Cheetah's triathlon training plans can help you achieve your goals! 

We provide a personalized training program, guidance, education, and support throughout your training.  We'll also help you supplement your training with stretching and strength training exercises specifically for endurance athletes to make sure you stay healthy. 

Coach Nick

Head coach of Cheetah Running & Triathlon Coaching, Nick Morrison, is a certified running coach (RRCA), certified triathlon coach (USA Triathlon), and personal trainer. Nick is also a seasoned runner and triathlete, and all-around endurance sports enthusiast. Nick has multiple Ironman and half Ironman finishes, almost 20 marathon finishes, and even was an official pace group leader at two marathons. 


Sarah Kleinsteiber is a four-time Boston Marathon qualifier, is a USA Triathlon AG Nationals qualifier, and has multiple podium finishes in the sprint and Olympic triathlon distances. She has a passion for coaching others to achieve and surpass their fitness goals by integrating personalized training into busy lifestyles. In addition to coaching, Sarah is also a certified yoga and fitness instructor as well as a middle school music teacher.
