Each of our triathlon training plans offer great services to help you with your training. Choose the appropriate package or wait to talk to us during your free initial consult to decide which triathlon training plan works best for you.

Let's get to know each other! The initial consult is a free, no commitment, hour meeting when we'll go into further detail about your goals, current fitness level, and history so that we can learn more about you as an athlete. It's also an opportunity for you to get to know your coach more and make sure it's a good fit, so bring your questions!
Each of our athletes receives a personalized training program detailing every workout. We design the training programs specifically to fit your goals, current training level, and schedule. For Gold and Silver athletes, we'll continually update your training plan as we discuss your progress so that we ensure that we're challenging you appropriately throughout the course of your training and will help you reach your goals. We write our plans and track your progress using Training Peaks.
Have a question? No problem. As part of our coaching services, Gold and Silver athletes get unlimited access to their coach. Call, text, email, write a letter - however you want to get a hold of us, we're here to help answer your questions.
The most important feature of our coaching plans are the one-on-ones that athletes get with their coach. Each session is extremely valuable because we'll be able to help you train and also discuss how your training is progressing, whether or not you're being challenged appropriately, and make adjustments to your program together. We'll also have time together to talk about topics like nutrition, race strategy, cross-training, strength training, stretching, and injury prevention. Plus, for athletes that are being coached locally, we will do workouts at many of these one-on-ones.
